If I play rescue cat, after special summoning during the end phase can I activate starlight road?

If i special summon 2 airbellums with rescue cat's effect, can I activate starlight road too save my airbellums and special summon stardust during the end phase?

1. I dont believe so, the destruction does not start a chain so I dont think starlight road can chain to it, not 100% sure but I dont think it will work

2. though i dont have da resources exactly but i would think dat u would NOT be able to activate starlight road, da reason behind dat is becuz nothin is actually bein activated to cause da destruction of the two airbellums. da end phase destruction thing doesnt start a chain therefore starlight road cannot b chained to that. however i do think this was an AMAZING question! ty for postin it it will def b sumthin ta think about :-)

3. No, because it cannot start a chain (If we can do that with road, i would see a lot of abuse)
