Do you get pedigree papers with experimental cat breeds?

I know with TICA they have an experimental breed list, are you supposed to get papers with a cat that is still considered experimental with tica? say the cat was a cheetoh or a bramble
I haven't bought a cat yet... I am trying to get as many facts before hand... this was something I was having trouble finding the answer on the internet
I was just giving example of the cats we found that is still considered to be experimental with TICA.

1. You should - you would need them if you were considering in breeding the cats.

2. guess you could.

3. Yes - you would get papers that would prove the breed and show the cat's pedigree. If you bought a cat that wasn't papered then it ISN'T the breed they said it was.

So how much did you get ripped off for by this horrible backyard breeder? And why is it one of two different breeds?????
