Which cat breeds stay looking like a kitten the longest?
My friend had a cat that still looks like a kitten even a year and a half later. Is this because of it's breed or just that the cat stayed small?

6. Only runts or inbred cats would not grow to a full adult size. Its unhealthy and not ethical to breed smaller cats. The smallest purebred cat is the Singapura at 4-6 lbs when grown. No need to produce cats smaller then that.
7. Maine coons are still considered to be kittens until they are in between a year and half to even two years old. Your friend's cat is most likely not a maine coon, though, because it is one of the largest cat breeds.
8. Singapuras are very small and kittenish, but a non-pedigree cat that has stayed small is probably some sort of runt.
