What are some of the smaller cat breeds?

I'd like a cat that doesn't get too large but I still don't know about all of the different breeds out there. Any input on what cat breeds stay rather small?

2. Oriental cats tend to stay smaller. I have a Siamese and he is 7 months old but looks about the same as a 4 month old regular kitten. Doctor said he is healthy and a good weight for his age.

3. The Singapura, it's really friendly, quite active, and talks to you - gets very invoplved in what you do. You can read more here:

4. Teacup cats, or Pocket Kitty...very small, sweet little cats.
