what are some ways i can find a cat for adoption around my area?
im looking for a cat and ive looked at the SPCA and at petsmart. I live in Winchester VA and im trying to find some other cats in my area. im looking for a neutered and declawed male cat 1-5 years old. let me know if you know anyone intrested or know any other places i can look to find a cat.

1. Get in touch with the Humane Society in your area and try checking at your local animal shelter. Also look in the paper because people are all the time advertising cats that need homes. The cat you get may not be neutered and declawed because that is alot to expect. You should have a low cost spay/neuter clinic in your area where they could neuter and declaw if for you without spending alot of money. I live in a very small town in south Georgia but there is a low cost spay/neuter clinic about 45 miles from us. Also, our humane society will usually make sure the animal is neutered before it ever leaves.2. Just look around the local animal shelters. You could also to an online search in the areas around you.
