Why did this male cat at the adoption center stick his butt up in the air towards me and purr?
The people at the adoption center claimed that he was neutered......haha
He also bared his belly to me! WTF. i think he's just one sly cat that wants me to take him home. very smart!

1. thats just what some cats do when they want someone to love them or pet them2. You nailed it right on. This cat wants you to take it home and as such has exposed it's most vulnerable parts to you to reinforce the point. This is the kind of cat that you need if you are adopting. It's purrrfect
