What is the process for making a cat a service cat?
I have a disabled friend who suffers from depression. His cat is his only company and family. He'd like to make the cat a service cat because he's moving and they don't accept animals unless its a service cat.

1. I would like my car to never break down and my Windows computer to never crash. When he figures out how to make a service cat I would like to know.2. He needs to have his health care provider state this cat is of therapeutic use, his provider will also be able to suggest agencies that train and certified pet. No a difficult process if your friend is receiving any type of disability income.
3. He must have a letter from his Doctors stating he/she is in need of a service animal.
And depression is not considered a disability. Because it can be controlled by medicine.
His/her Doctors will tell him/her the proper channels to go through to obtain a service animal.
