What are some cat breeds with these standards?
I'm just curious! I've heard of the singapura but they're rather hyper.
Anyone know any mellow and somewhat small cat breeds?
Does anyone have a favorite cat breed that's considered 'cute' to them.

1. Personality is individual to the cat not really the breed. And unless you go to a breeder you wont get a real 'breed' anyway.
There are some breeds that are usually large (Norwegian Forest cats, Mayne Coon, Siberian) for a smaller cat (other than singapura or munchkins) it depends on the individual cat.
You can go to a shelter and look at all the smaller cats till you find one you think is mellow and cute.
2. I love the Burmese cat breed. They are the "dogs" of the cat world. They love people and are extremely affectionate and love to play. They are a talkative breed but not as loud and as often as a Siamese. They are fairly small with a short glossy coat that is really low maintenance; just brush them once or twice a week and they're good to go. Burmese like to follow their owners around like a shadow and they love to snuggle up with you under the covers for warmth. They come in array of solid colors with dark points on their ears, face, paws and tail. Once you go Burmese, you'll never go back.
3. Hmmm - the smaller breeds are more active (tho Singapura are NOT hyper cats - I know friends that have them). Cornish and Devon Rex are small but very active.
The only ones I can think of that may be less active are Burmese or Tonkinese (medium active). A little larger (more medium size) but more mellow are Scottish Fold, British SH, Exotic SH.
