1. You want quite a difference in cats - from daily grooming (combing) (Persian) to weekly baths (Sphynx). However, its your choice. Here is a list of breeders - check out those for adoption - these are retired adults and are already spayed/neutered before you get them.

I would strongly suggest you delete your phone number too!
2. No but can't you go to an animal shelter? Here's a link to adopt a cat good luck!

3. Well, i think you'd have better luck in the classified section of your local newspaper. Or visit the local shelter.
Don't give out personal information away!
4. Those are very different cats, the easiest on care would be a Siamese,
Persians have professional grooming needs and Sphynx as well in fact
need weekly and sometimes semi-weekly bathing including cleaning ears.
You should look for a purebred rescue in your area or just visit the local shelter
and save a Cat. You can find Siamese & Persians there, Sphynx no,
and just a FYI a adoption fee on a Sphynx which would already be fixed
before adopted to anyone would run $500. Buying from a breeder would run
$700 to $1800 for a show quality.
5. get a dog there way way way way way way way way better
6. Go to petfinder.com and enter your location and breed you want and it will show you available cats in your area at rescues and shelters.
7. What you want to do is check with a specific breed rescue organization. So there will be rescue groups for each of the specific breeds. For instance, there will be sphynx cat rescue groups, that take in those purebred cats whose owners couldn't care of them anymore. After all, a sphynx cat requires some special care, since they are hairless. And some owners are not prepared for that.
Right now, it appears that there are no Siamese in the system, but you can always do a different search. A Siamese shows up for South Carolina though. See last link.
But be aware that a Persian is a very high maintenance cat.
