How do I go about putting up a cat for adoption ?
I live in North Carolina. I have a couple cats that I have taken in. I can't keep them all in my house it's too many. How do I go about putting the adoptable ones up for adoption?

1. I'd be cautious because some people will take your cat and feed it to their pet snake or use it as dog bait or sell it to a laboratory for a few bucks! It's wiser to contact reputable animal rescue groups that have a strict no-kill policy to ensure that your cat ends up in warm loving hands.2. Advertise in your local newspaper that you have a cat up for adoption and put your phone number in the advertisement so you can be contacted by those interested. Or you can contact local cattery's and rescue centres to advertise your cat.
