Please translate these medical notes in my new cat's adoption papers?

I adopted a kitten from a shelter and I was looking at the papers he came with. In the medical record it says this:

"Very slight inflammation of OU. BAR, no obvious problems. BCS 5/9. Dewormed and FL."

What do the abbreviations (OU, BAR, BCS, FL) mean?

Public Comments

1. OU means both eyes.
BAR means bright, alert, and responsive.
BCS is body condition score.

No idea on the FL.

2. FL could possibly be a test for feline leukemia, but I don't know why it would be lumped together with deworming like that.
