Which Canon DSLR should I buy to take pictures of my cat? That's honestly what I take the most pictures of. My cat eating, sleeping and playing. Point and shoots are too slow to get good cat pictures.

Glowing eyes in cat pictures: how to avoid? I have 2 blue-eyed ragdoll cats and when I take their pictures, they end up looking like they have glowing devil eyes. My camera (Nikon Coolpix 950) has one flash; no way to add another or re-aim it. Red-eye fixes in Photoshop/etc. don't do much but change red glow to yellow. Suggestions?

Does anyone elses cat like to lick pictures? One of my cats LOVES to lick pictures. Not pictures from magazines, photos developed from film. She's 13 and has been doing this ever since she was a kitten. Anyone have any idea why? And does anyone elses cat do this? I don't keep pictures out where she can get to them. And whenever I caught her doing it I always shooed her away. I know its not healthy. I was just wondering why she did it.
Is it illegal to post pictures of a dissected cat? If so, why? I've heard about this multiple times. The yearbook club at my high school actually got in trouble for including a picture of a dissected cat in an anatomy class in last year's yearbook. My cat is 8 months old & he likes to knock all my pictures off the walls. Why & how do i get him to stop? I have pictures with frames hanging on my bed room walls and just recently my kitten has starting knocking on them trying to get them off the walls. I don't want to have my walls empty but he keeps me up in middle of the night knocking on the pictures. Why does he do this, and how can i get him to stop. I'm trying to determine the breed of my cat. Are there different pictures I can look at? She's smokey gray with moody piping throughout her fur. Small face wiith big exciteable eyes and very gentle. She just had a litter of 5 kittens two weeks ago and 3 out of the 5 look exactly like she did as a kitten and now as a cat. The difference in the other 2 are they have white patches under their chin, under stomach and on the tail.
What kind of camera is good for taking pictures of cats with their eyes open? I have purchased two digital cameras and neither of them have allowed me to take a picture with my cat's eyes open. They are always closed. I had an old Sony DSC S50 many years ago and it allowed me to take semi-okay cat pictures, but since it was taken from me, I've found no other camera (especially a new one.. that was a cam from like 2000) that can. What the heck is on my cat?????!!!??? Pictures included! Okay so it started out as a bump on her shoulder blade. It was small and we didn't think nothing of at first. Well then it started to get bigger and bigger and then a hole go in it and this gray hard stuff came out. Then it healed and then it got another hole and now this thing is coming out of it! It's really hard and has like layers and stuff.... I've NEVER seen anything like it before and I have had cats all my life... Someone please help. My cat has scin cancer & has had her ear tips removed. Does any one have pictures of an earless cat? My poor little 3 year old pure white cat had her ear tips removed yesterday due to SCC (Skin cancer) She looks quite shocking at the moment as her head is shaved, the vet said she will look fine when the fur grows back; but i have never seen an earless cat before so does anyone else have experience of this; and maybe a photo i could look at. my cat seems to have small little patches of hair loss, but seeing pictures of cat mange not the same? after seeing pictures of mange in feline these small patches does not seem to be the same but our cat Sir George is really scratching, no fleas indoor cat. Has not been outside since born. Has been flea treated it does seem to shed a lot for short haired cat. what can be done other than seeing the vet.

Why does my cat paw at pictures?
